The hotel offers clean and well-equipped rooms but can feel a bit small. The staff is friendly, but there were some disturbances early in the morning. The location is lovely, with a Florida patio vibe, but cleanliness could be improved in high-traffic areas. The dining experience lacks variety, but the atmosphere is enjoyable poolside. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.

The hotel is away from the heart of Key West, which was exactly what we wanted to avoid the commercial aspect and noise. The location was absolutely amazing, on the catwalk, in downtown Key West, close to the next stop on the trip, and on the trolley route. The rooms, though comfortable for a night's stay, lacked room darkening curtains, and the bathroom felt small like a closet. The service was great in helping with booking adventures, but there was a misunderstanding about additional charges on the card without explanation. Dining was delicious each morning with a good variety of choices. The hotel provides typical buffet fare including waffles, scrambled eggs, cereals, and gluten-free dishes. The facilities include dry cleaning, shops, laundry, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel's rooms were small and sometimes loud at night, but with a convenient location around 15 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the beach. Despite feeling overpriced, the hotel offers easy access to key areas.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the distance from the elevator was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful until a payment issue arose, causing some inconvenience.
